When a local real estate brokerage wanted a authentic, unique way to reward and motivate their top performers, they invited Scott to be part of a VIP annual dinner retreat, where he wrote custom poems for top-performing regional sales people. All custom poems were inspired by the visionary themes that had led to success, and were used as a starting point for reach sales person to talk about their future goals for the upcoming year.
When StoryBuilt (formerly PSW Real Estate) needed an inspirational keynote to help usher in the new creative era of their rebrand, they brought Scott in for a hybrid experience. Scott gave a rousing talk about creating from the heart, then created custom pieces for executives and employees alike throughout their annual meeting.
When Nano needed a series of flow-based creativity workshops to support their product team in exploring creativity and collaboration as they embraced uncertainty to develop new products, Scott worked with the founder of Ko Labs to design a custom retreat that moved the needle forward.
